ÖBV-Via Campesina Austria

ÖBV-Via Campesina Austria is the Austrian Association of Mountain and Small Farmers. We are the mouthpiece and political home of farmers, farmers and other people throughout Austria who are committed to the future of small and mountain farmers and to a good life for all.

The ÖBV was founded in 1974 as a non-partisan association and is part of “La Via Campesina” – in Spanish “The Farmer’s Way”. La Via Campesina is a worldwide movement of small farmers, landless people and farm workers with 200 million members.
